This document defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure its security in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," taken by the Endowment Management Fund of the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences.

1. What data is collected?

1.1. Technical data about the visitor is collected from the devices used by website visitors to view its content by the web server that runs this website.

  • Screen resolution;
  • Referral source to our website (direct address entry, search engine referral, etc.).

1.2. The following data is stored for users with website administrator rights:

2. Where is the collected data stored?

2.1. The data is stored on the Provider's resources within the Russian Federation.

3. How is the collected data used?

The collected data is used for:

3.1. Creating website pages with a layout optimized for the user's device type and screen size, in order to create the most comfortable reading experience for the user, regardless of the device they use;
3.2. Accumulating and analyzing aggregated statistical information about website traffic (number of users, number of page views, analytics by device type and, if applicable, country).

4. To whom is the collected data transferred and for what purpose?

4.1. The website may display the total number of views for each page;
4.2. The collected data may be transferred to the Provider for web server load analysis, incident analysis (unauthorized access attempts), and crash analysis (software errors).

5. How long is the collected data stored?

5.1. The technical data specified in Section 1.1 of this Document will be retained for 180 days;
5.2. The retention period for the data specified in Section 1.2 of this Document is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data was collected, unless another period is provided by contract or applicable law.

6. Others 

6.1. The website does not use any Russian or foreign analytics platforms, including, but not limited to, Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics.
6.2. For all matters related to the processing of personal data, the Foundation is guided by the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006.
